Lisa is a paralegal with our Trusts and Estates Team. Her career in law has been exclusively dedicated to estate administration, planning and litigation. Lisa is deeply experienced in estate administration having handled almost all aspects from probate and administration petitions, to estate tax returns, the transfer and collection of estate assets, to accountings of executors and fiduciaries. She also has deep knowledge in estate planning having drafted hundreds of wills, Powers of Attorneys, Health Care Proxies, Deeds with life estates, and more.
Lisa also has estate litigation experience having assisted in trial as support staff which is essential to aspects such as jury verdict forms, discovery preparation, trial preparation, cross-examination, witness preparation and more.
